The Vasement (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a locally owned floral studio based in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in made-to-order floral arrangements and offer local delivery within the Portland area.

2. Orders & Availability

  • All floral arrangements are made to order using the freshest available flowers.

  • Because floral varieties are seasonal, we may substitute blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall color palette and style of your arrangement.

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We’ll contact you if there are any issues with availability or delivery.

3. Pricing

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Standard arrangements are offered at fixed prices.

  • Custom arrangements start at $500 and may vary based on design, size, and flower selection.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment

  • Payments are accepted online through our website using secure, third-party processors.

  • Orders must be paid in full before preparation or delivery.

  • We do not store payment information on our servers.

5. Delivery

  • Local delivery is available within the Portland metro area.

  • Delivery fees and available zones will be displayed at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • If no one is available to receive the flowers, they may be left in a shaded, safe area or returned to our studio for pickup (additional fees may apply).

6. Refunds & Replacements

  • Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final once delivered or picked up.

  • If your arrangement arrives damaged or significantly differs from what was promised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

  • We do not offer refunds due to changes of mind or dissatisfaction with artistic style.

7. Custom Orders

  • Custom work begins at $500 and may include event or special occasion designs.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin custom work.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery or event are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, designs, and other content on this website are the property of The Vasement and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays, damage, or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, transportation delays, or flower availability.
